Türkçe yazar. ( BOA SAD 8/889) 125; 652 1311 Muharreminde Haleb Vilayeti defterdarlığına nakl edilmiştir. Kötü hal ve idaresinden dolayı azl edilmiştir. 17 Receb 1315'de Erzurum Vilayeti defterdarlığına tayin edilmiştir. Erzurum'un havası sağlığı için uygunsuz olduğundan 2 Safer 1317'de Yanya Vilayeti defterdarlığına, 17 Safer 1317'de Hüdavendigar Vilayeti maliye müfettişliğine nakl edilmiştir.
