The life
Hasan Tahsin Efendi was born in Harput in 1831/32 (AH 1247). The father’s occupation was Sipahi. Schooling included Sıbyan Mektebi. The language repertoire included Arabic and Turkish. [source]
Service began in Keşan Aşan in 1849/50 (AH 1266). Service included Kaza Müdürü in Keşan Aşan (1849 to 1862 (AH 1266 to 1278)). Later posts included Mal Müdürü in Tavaz (1862 to 1865 (AH 1279 to 1281)), Kaymakam in Örüklü (1872 to 1874 (AH 1289 to 1290)) and Kaymakam in Bergama (1878 (AH 1295)).
