AhmedZeki Paşa’dır. Öğrenim hayatı imparatorluğun muhtelif bölgelerinde ilim tahsili
ile başlamış ve devam etmiştir. İmtihanla Mekteb -i Hukûk -i Şahâne'ye girmiş veiyi
derece ile mezun olmuştur.410

gayretinden dolayı dördüncü rütbed en Mecidî nişanı verilmiştir. H. 26 Şevval 1322’de
