İBRAHİM HULUSİ EFENDİ was born in Bosna in 1851/52 (AH 1268); the father's occupation was "Sertahsildar". Work began in 1873/74, at about 21, on a first salary of 250 kuruş. The annual lists begin in 1873/74, with İBRAHİM HULUSİ as Sandık eminliği mülâzemeti and no place named. At the same time, from 1873 to 1876, the lists also place İBRAHİM HULUSİ in Srebrenica (Srebrenitsa) as Sandık Emini.
