Beşiktaş Saray-ı Hümayun teberdarlarından müteveffa Ömer Ağa'nın mahdumudur. Bin iki yüz doksan altı sene-i hicriyesinde sene-i maliye 1295 Ürgüp kasabasında tevellüd itmiştir.Kasaba-i mezküre mektebi ibtidaisinde mukaddemat-ı ulüm-i diniyeyi ve mektebi rüşdisinde müretteb dersleri badet-tahsil 23 ağustos sene 314 aliyyül-ala derecede mekteb-i rüşdi şehadetnamesi almıştır.
