Life and register readings
The life of Muhittin Efendi began in Sivas in 1858/59 (AH 1275). Muhittin began work in Kocgiri in 1878, at about 19. The first annual entry, for 1878, places Muhittin in Kocgiri as tahrirat kalemi stajyeri, where the entries run to 1883/84. For 1879 to 1882 and 1884 to 1888 the lists have no entry.
