Life and register readings
The life of Mustafa Hulusi Efendi began in Taşköprü in 1868/69 (AH 1285). The first annual entry, for 1896/97, names Mustafa Hulusi as Vilayet merkez Bidayet Mahkemesi birinci müstantiki, with no place. The lists have no entry for 1898 to 1900. Alongside, the lists for 1897/98 give a second post, in Aleppo as Vilayet Mahkemesi birinci müstantiki. Mustafa Hulusi then moved to Cide from 1900 to 1907. Alongside, the lists for 1906/07 give a second post, in Acre as Bidayet Meclisi ceza dairesi reisi.
