Life and register readings
Mehmed Şükrî Efendi was born in Vushtrri (Vulçıtrın) in 1883/84 (AH 1301). The first annual entry, for 1900/01, places Mehmed Şükrî in Vushtrri, the birthplace, as Sandık emini, where the entries run to 1902/03.
