¹⁴⁷ 24 Receb 1310'da yakışıksız hareketleri ve sancağın mali işlemlerinde karışıklığa sebep olması üzerine değiştirilmesine karar verilmiş ve Ergiri Sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl edilmiştir. Hastalığı sebebiyle 18 Cemâziye'l-âhir 1314'de azl edilmiştir. ( BOA SAD 25/125) 23 Muharrem 1317'de Bayezid mutasarrıflığına tayin kılınmıştır. 2 Rebiü'l-âhir 1320'de Sinob Sancağı mutasarrıflığına tayin kılınmıştır. Mustafa Tevfik ile bazı liva memurlarının yolsuz işlemleri hakkında Şura-yı Devletçe icra kılınan incelemeden ortaya çıkacak sonuca göre davranılmak üzere azl edilmiştir. Sinop Sancağı mutasarrıflığında bulunarak karada halkın ziraatini elinden alan ve rahatsızlık yaratan hayvan hırsızlığını men ve yok ederek, eşkıyayı yakalayarak ve benzeri başarılar ile halkın güvenliğini sağlamıştır. Ayrıca tutuklular için ek bir hastane ve kadınlar hapishanesi inşa etmiştir. Hakkında yolsuzluktan dolayı açılan tahkikat sonucunda isnad olunan suçlardan bir kısmının gerçek olmadığı ve bir kısmının da kanunen suçu gerektirecek durumlardan olmayıp sadece bir maddeden dolayı incelemeye alındığı ve konunun da mahkemeye götürülemediği bildirilmiştir. ( Ayrıntılı bilgi için BOA SAD 25/ 126) 42; ¹⁴⁸ Midilli'de karaya oturmuş olan Almanya zırhlısının emn-i tahlîfindeki çalışmaları üzerine 8 Receb 308 tarihinde tahlîsiye madalyası ihsan buyurulmuştur. 14 Receb 1310'da üçüncü rütbeden Mecidî, 2 Rebiü'l-âhir 1312'de ikinci rütbeden Mecidî, 3 Zilkâde 1317'de Rumeli Beylerbeyi payesi tevcîh, 23 Rebiü'l-evvel 1320'de altın liyakat madalyası ihsan buyurulmuştur.
