Life and register readings
The life of Mehmed Vehbi Efendi began in Edirne in 1869/70 (AH 1286); the father's occupation was "Suriye Vekâlet-i Evkaf başkâtibi". The annual lists begin in 1889/90, with Mehmed Vehbi as Askerlik (Askerlik nedeniyle ara) and no place named. For 1890 to 1894 the lists have no entry.
