Life and register readings
Mehmet Zülfü Efendi was born in Erzincan into the İslam community. The annual lists begin in 1882/83 (AH 1300), with Mehmet Zülfü as Muharrerat muvassılı and no place named. For 1885 to 1891 the lists have no entry. From 1892 to 1897 the annual entries place Mehmet Zülfü in Kiğı. In place of a title the lists give Infisal for 1891/92.
