Ulemadan Mehmet Sabri Efendinin oğludur. Hüseyin Avni Efendi’nin
H.1290/M.1873’de Sivas'ta doğmuştur. Sivas iptidaiye mektebinde öğrenimini
tamamlayarak mektebi dördüncü olarak tahsil ettikten sonra ile 22 Mayıs
H.1302/M.1884 tarihli diploma almıştır. Sivas rüştiye mekt ebinde dört sene kadar
okuyup kıraat hocaları tarafından bir kıta diploma almıştır. Türkçe okuryazardır.
Notes on the source account
- Birth in 1290 plus internship at age 15 (about 1305) conflicts with the 1301 Malatya appointment. The career order and first job year are therefore uncertain.
- The Hamidiye kazası kaymakamlığı mention concerns a competence report. It is unclear whether he held this post or it was the reporting office, so no event is created.
- The solar month names Mayıs and Temmuz are attached to H. years. The calendar is uncertain and no conversion is made.
