Life and register readings
Mustafa Rıza Efendi was born in Erzincan, into the İslam community, and the father's occupation was "Elbak Sancağı muhasebecisi (sabık)". The annual lists begin in 1882/83 (AH 1300), with Mustafa Rıza as Muhasebe kalemi masarifat mukayyitliği refakatı and no place named. The lists have no entry for 1884 to 1886.
