430 Erzurum'da özel okul ve medreselerde İlm-i Sarf-ı Arabî ve Farsça öğrenim görmüş ve özel hocalardan Matematik ve ve Tabiiyye'nin girişlerini görmüştür. ( BOA SAD 4/450); 438 16 Muharrem 1316 tarihinde Kosova Vilayeti defterdarlığına nakl edilmiştir.(BOA SAD 4/450) Bulunduğu müddetce devlet malları ile emekli sandığı aidatından ve maarif ve menafi-i hassa yardımının ve askeriye muktezası ve yangın yardımında bulunmuştur. Bu memuriyetde görülen yolsuzluğu üzerine azl edilmiştir. 8 Ramazan 1318 tarihinde Adana Vilayeti defterdarlığına nakl edilmiş. Hazine içun toplanan miktarın zamanında gönderilmeleri ve ödünç para verilmeleri ve ödemeler hakkında adem-i müsavatı irade etmekle beraber iki işten en mühimi öne alma kuralına riayet eylemediği ve nezaretden irsalat hakkında vuku bulan işarat hükmünü lüzumu derecede icra etmeyerek serserice hareketden hali kalmamakda idüğüne binaen orada devam-ı me'muriyeti caiz olamayacağından 11 Cemâziye'l-evvel 1319 tarihinde azl edilmiştir. (Te'hir-i irsalat meselesi) (BOA SAD 4/451)Şevval 1319 tarihinde Sivas Vilayeti defterdarlığına tayin kılınmıştır. 5 Muharrem 1320 tarihinde azl edilmiştir. 21 Safer 1322 tarihinde Hüdavendigar Vilayeti defterdarlığına ve sene-i merkume Rebiü'l-evvelinin altısında Edirne Defterdarlığına nakl edilmiştir. 23 Mayıs 1320 tarihinde Edirne'de vazifesine başlayarak 29 Zilhicce 323 tarihinde vefat etmiştir. (BOA SAD 4/451); 439 8 Safer 1310 tarihinde terfian rütbe-i ulâ sınıf-ı sânisi ile beraber üçüncü rütbeden Mecidî nişanı, 7 Muharrem 1312 tarihinde üçüncü rütbeden nişan-ı ali-yi Osmanî, 25 Rebiü'l-evvel 1316 da rütbe-i ulâ sınıf-ı ulâ ve 29 Rebiü'l-evvelde ikinci rütbeden Mecidî, 1317 Ramazanı gurresinde tebdilen ikinci rütbden nişan-ı ali-yi Osmanî, Adana defterdarlığında bulunduğu sırada 3 Safer 1319 tarihinde altın liyakat madalyası ihsan buyurulmuştur.
