doğmuştur. Silifke rüştiye mektebinde eğitimini tamamla mıştır. Bahse dilen
mektepten aldığı diplomanın kopyası biyografisinde eklidir. Boş nakça konuşur ve
Türkçe yazabilmektedir. H. 23 Recep 1300/ M. 30 Mayıs 18 83 tarihinde 20 yaşında
zabit kâtibi görevine tayin edilmiştir . Memuriyet işlerinden dolayı suçlanmıştır. İçel
