Mehmed Esad Efendi was born in Kırşehir in 1857/58 (AH 1274). Schooling included Kırşehir ibtidai ve rüştiye mektepleri. The language repertoire included Turkish. [1]
Service began in Mecidiye in 1881/82 (AH 1299). Service included sandık emini in Mecidiye (1881 to 1884 (AH 1299 to 1301)). Later posts included ambar emini in Mecidiye (1884/85 (AH 1302)) and tapu kâtibi in Keskin (1895 to 1911 (AH 1313 to 1328)). Keskin appears most often, across 16 dated years. [1]
