The life of Kürdizade İbrahim Efendi began in Germili in 1849/50 (AH 1266). At about 23, in 1873/74, Kürdizade İbrahim began work. Alongside, the lists for 1889 to 1892 give a second post, in Malatya as Bidayet mahkemesi müddeiumumi muavini. The lists have no entry for 1892 to 1895. The salary went from 180 kuruş a month in 1874/75 to 1,400 in 1880/81, the peak, in Aydın, when 88 per cent of paid officials earned less. The last annual entry is for 1896/97.
