Türkçe yazar, Arapça konuşur ve Farsça anlar. ( BOA SAD 26/275); 345 5 Şa'ban 1310 tarihinde Bolu Sancağı, 20 Ramazan 1313 tarihinde becayişle Trablusşam ve 2 Safer 1315 tarihinde Hama Sancakları mutasarrıflıklarına nakl edilmiştir. Yakalandığı hastalıktan dolayı tedavinin etkisi görülemediğinden iyileşmek için iki ay müddetle Dersaâdet'e gitmesine izin verilmesini dilemiş ve sağlığı yerine geldiği zaman başka bir yere atanmak üzere 29 Zilkâde 1315 tarihinde azl edilmiştir. 3 Safer 1317 tarihinde Şûrâ-yı Devlet azalığına tayin, 22 Rebiü'l-âhir 1317de Şûrâ -yı Devlet Temyiz Mahkemesi azalığına tayin olunmuştur.
