    595 Akşehir kaymakamlığından ayrılmasından sonra hakkındaki şikayetler üzerine yapılan soruşturma sonucunda Hasan Tahsin Efendi'nin Cihanbeyli köyü muhtarı Hacı Memişoğlu Hacı Memiş'den devlet alacaklarına karşılık kırk lira almışsa da sonra muhtarın bu miktarı köy halkından tahsil ettiği ve Hasan Tahsin Efendi'nin ilişiği ve rüşveti görülememiş olmakla berait-i zimmetine karar verilmiştir. ( BOA SAD 2/890); 600 25 Rebiü'l-âhir 1303 "Konya Vilayeti İdare-i Meclis sorgu hakiminin iki kıt'a emir-namesinde hakkında isnad edilen ondört maddeden onüçü kazada olan kıtlık sırasındaki muamelelerine dair olup bahsedilen maddeler hakkında bir günkötü idare ve suistimali anlaşılamadığından men-i muhakemesine ve Livaneli Hacı Mehmed'i hilaf kılınıb habs ettirerek vefatına sebebiyet verildiği hakkında aleyhine ikame olunan dava üzerine Bozkır Bidayet mahkemesi müstentikliğinca tahkik-i muktaziye-i kanuniye icra olunarak delail ve emaratı fikdanına mebni ale'l-usul men-i muhakemesine karar verilerek madde-i mezkureden ilişiği kalmadığı gösterilmişdir."
