Life and register readings
Hüseyin Sabri Efendi was born in Taşköprü in 1870/71 (AH 1287). The annual lists begin in 1896/97, with Hüseyin Sabri as Mecidiye tahsilat, tenzifat ve duhhane memuru in Taşköprü, the birthplace. Next came Çerkeş from 1898 to 1900. Alongside, the lists for 1899 to 1903 give a second post, in Boyabat as Ziraat Bankası Sandığı Meclis Kitabeti refakati.
