tevellüd itdiği nüfus-ı tezkire-i Osmaniye sureti musaddıkasında muharrerdir. Kasaba-yı
mezkure mekteb -i ibtidâîsinde mukaddime -i ‘ulûm -ı dîniyeyi ve Yafa mekteb -i
rüşdiyesinde tedris-i mu’tâd olan ‘‘ulûm ve fünunu okuyub 25 Haziran sene 318 tarihli
şehâdetnâmeyi almışdır. Arabi ve Türkçe tekellüm ve kitabet itdiği terceme -i hal
varakasında munderctir. Beş sene kadar Yafa kazası mal kalemine mülazemetle devam
