Aziziye kazası nüfus memuru Kara Ahmed -zâde Abdülaziz Ef endi’nin
oğludur. Hasan Hilmi Efendi, H.1291/M.1874’de Sivas’ta doğmuştur. Hususi
olarak dinî ilimleri gördükten sonra Sivas rüştiye mektebinde mürettep dersleri
tahsil ettikten sonra 25 Haziran H.1313/M.1895’de diploma almıştır. Hasan Hilmi
Efendi daha sonra Sivas mektebi idadiyi mülkiyesinin üçüncü senesinden beşinci
senesine kadar mürettep dersleri okuduğuna dair mektep müdüriyetinden
tasdikname almıştır.
Notes on the source account
- The 1317 abolition and Hafik appointment precede the Mart 1316 transfer in the narrative, so the chronology conflicts. Continuity is not asserted.
- Dates labelled H. use non-Hijri month names (Aralık, Temmuz, Nisan). The calendar may actually be Rumi, so months are not encoded.
- The mülazımlık was a salaried 150-kuruş post. The source records no unpaid training, so no internship duration is set.
