The life of İbrahim Hakkı Efendi began in Burdur in 1858/59 (AH 1275). At about 16, in 1875/76, İbrahim Hakkı began work in Burdur. The annual lists begin in 1875/76, with İbrahim Hakkı as Muhasebe Kalemi stajyeri in Burdur, the birthplace, where the entries run to 1877/78.
