Bin iki yüz doksan yedi sene -i hicriyyesinde (sene -i maliye 1296) Harput
kasabasında tevellüd eyledi ği nüfus tezkire -i osmaniyesi suret -i musaddakasında
muharrerdir.
Şam-ı Şerif sıbyan mektebinde mukaddeme -i ulûmu ve askerî rüşdisinde
tedrisi meşrut dürusu kıraatle 25 Şaban sene 1316 tarihli şehadetnâme almışdır.
