Education included Sıbyan mektebi; Mekteb-i Sultânî. First work is recorded at İstanbul in 1887/88 (AH 1305). Career entries include Tahrîrât-ı Hariciye Kalemi mülazımı; Tahrîrât-ı Hariciye Kalemi.
