İmamzâde dinmekle mütearif Osman Fevzi Efendi was born in Halmûke in 1872/73 (AH 1289). At about 13, in 1884/85, İmamzâde dinmekle mütearif Osman Fevzi began work, on a first salary of 250 kuruş.
