Şerif Abdülkerim Sabit Bey

Şerif Abdülkerim Sabit Bey was born in Sarajevo (Saraybosna) in 1863/64 (AH 1280); the father's occupation was "Halep Vilayeti merkez naibi". At about 15, in 1878, Şerif Abdülkerim Sabit began work in Istanbul. The annual lists begin in 1878, with Şerif Abdülkerim Sabit as Bâbıâli Tercüme Odası mülazımı in Istanbul, where the entries run to 1887/88.
