4.2.27.Liverpool Başşehbenderi Pandeli Logadis722 Pandeli Logadis Efendi Amroz ceziresi kaimakamı saadetli Kostaki Logodis Efendi’nin oğludur. Bin iki yüz yetmiş senesinde Dersaadet’te tevellüt etmiştir. Beyoğlu’nda panaiya nam Rum Kilisesi ve muahharen Heybeli Ada’da ticaret ve Paris’te lui logran(?) mekteplerinde ve Brüksel’de hukuk darülfünununda tahsil-i ulum eylemiştir. Rumca ve Fransızca ve İngilizce kitabet eder ve Türkçe okuryazar. Bin iki yüz seksen dokuz senesinde on dokuz yaşında olduğu halde Brüksel sefareti seniyyesi fahri ataşeliğine memur olarak dört sene sonra on altın maaş tahsis ve doksan beş senesinde maaş-ı mezkûr ve hizmet-i kitabetle Lahey sefareti seniyyesine nakledilerek elyevm maaş-ı mezkûr ile sefaret-i mezkûre kitabet ve maslahatgüzarlığını ifa eylemektedir. Doksan dört senesi muharreminin on altısında beşinci rütbeden bir kıta mecidi nişânı ihsan buyrulmuş ve doksan sekiz senesinde Felemenk devleti tarafından beşinci rütbeden leon ? nişânı ita kılınmıştır. Hizmet-i hazresine nakil suretiyle memur olup vazife-i müterettibesinden dolayı taht-ı muhakemeye alınmamış ve müttehim olmamıştır. Lahey ve İstekolm723 sefiri saadetli Karaca Paşa hazretleri tarafından yazılan mülahazada işbu varaka-i mündericatı tasdik olunmuştur.
