Midilli'ye gönderilen tahkik heyetinin layihası ve bazı durumlardan ötürü memuriyetini sürdürmesi uygun olmadığından 17 Ramazan 1317 (6 Kânun-ı sânî 1315) maaş-ı halisi ve becayiş suretiyle Sakız Sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl edilmiştir.
