Türkçe yazar ve Arapça, Farsça, Arnavudça ve Bulgarca konuşur. ( BOA SAD 72/ 485); 213 "İlbasan mutasarrıflığında altı yedi sene devam eden memuriyeti zamanında bir gün dahi ilerleme kaydedememesi ve değişmesinin gereği bildirilmiş, memur ve halk camide toplanarak mabeyn-i humâyûn baş-kitâbetine telgraf çekmişler ve memurlar haklarında şikayetler düzenleyerek cemiyetler kurmaya başlamışlar ve durum Manastır vilâyetinden bildirilince 25 Rebiü'l-âhir 314 tarihinde azl edilmişdir."(BOA SAD 72/485) 1 Muharrem 1315 de Drama Sancağı mutasarrıflığına tayin buyurulmuştur. 10 Nisan 314 tarihinde Yemen Hey'et-i Islâhiyesi azalığına tayin buyurulması üzerine ayrılmıştır.
