Kasabasında doğmuĢtur.
Ohri Kasabası Sıbyan Mektebinde temel eğitim bilgileri öğrendi. RüĢtiye
Mektebinde verilen kuran eğitimini tamamladı. Mektebi Ġbtidaiden 4 Ağustos 1899
tarihinde ve RüĢtiye Mektebinden 6 Ağustos 1902 tarihinde diplomalarını aldı. Türkçe
okur ve yazardı. Arnavutça ve Bulgarca konuĢurdu.
