Life and register readings
The life of Ömer Faruk Efendi began in Çemişgezek in 1883/84 (AH 1301); the father's occupation was "Cebel-i Bereket defter-i hakânî başkâtibi". Work began in Cebeli bereket in 1896/97, at about 13.
