Beyrut'ta basılan gazetelerde inceleme ve yoklamalarda incelemelerde devlet haklarına ve yararına aykırı hiçbir şey neşrine meydan ve imkan bırakmadığından takdir edilmiştir. ( BOA SAD 10/ 747) Yemen mektubculuğunda iken ek görev olarak vilayet savcılığına, livaya gittiğinde bir müddet vali vekaletinde, Yanya mektubculuğunda iken yine vali vekaletine meclis idare-i vilayet savcılığında ve Beyrut mektubculuğunda meclis-i idare nezdinde müteşekkil hey'et-i ithamiye mahkemesi başkanlığında bulunarak iyi hizmetlerde bulunmuştur.
