Osman Raşid Efendi, Fatih Ders-i âmı ve Fetvahâne Memuru’dur. R. 1289’da (M.
1873/1874) Tavas’ta dünyaya gelmiştir. Babası Hacı Hasan Efendi’dir. 28 Aralık 1929’da
vefat etmiştir. Kendisinin ölümü üzerine ailesine bağlanan maaş evrakı 26 Mart 1930’da
