Life and register readings
Mehmed Nureddin Efendi was born in Shkodër (İşkodra) in 1878 (AH 1295); the father's occupation was "Asâkir-i Şahane yüzbaşısı". At about 21, in 1899/1900, Mehmed Nureddin began work.
