The life

MEHMET EFENDĠ BEĞ was born in Istanbul (Dersaadet) in 1873/74 (AH 1290). Schooling included Sıbyan mektebi; Mekteb-i Sultani; Antalya Rüşdiye-i Mülkiye Mektebi. The language repertoire included French and Turkish.^[1]
