H.1298/M.1880 tarihinde doğmuştur. Mahalle Sıbyan mektebinde ilk öğrenimini
tamamlamıştır. Daha sonra medresede Sarf, Nahiv kitaplarını tahsil etmiştir. Arabi
ve Farisi ilimleri tahsil etmiştir ve Türkçe okuryazardır.
