Life and register readings
The life of Mehmet Hamdi Efendi began in Kütahya in 1874/75 (AH 1291). The annual lists begin in 1901/02, with Mehmet Hamdi as 1. Fırka-i Tahririye messahı and no place named. For 1903 to 1907 the lists have no entry. Alongside, the lists for 1902 to 1909 give a second post, in Eskişehir as Fırka-i Tahririye messahı. At the same time, from 1908/09, the lists also place Mehmet Hamdi in a post with no place named as Vergi kâtibi.
