Life and register readings
The life of İdris Efendi began in Sivas in 1873/74 (AH 1290). Work began in Shkodër (İşkodra) in 1903/04, at about 30, on a first salary of 120 kuruş. The first annual entry, for 1903/04, names İdris as muhafaza kolcusu, with no place. The lists have no entry for 1905 to 1908 and 1909 to 1911.
