( BOA SAD 10/549); 396 14 Cemâziye'l-âhir 1317 Cemain, 23 Şevval 1317'de Cemain, 11 Receb 1323'de Ben-i Saib, öneminden dolayı 6 Cemâziye'l-evvel 1321'de Gazze, 12 Ramazan 1326'da Duma Kazaları kaymakamlıklarına tayin kılınmıştır. Suriye Vilayeti tensik komisyonunca onikinci maddeye dayanılarak emekliliğe sevk eylemesi üzerine yerine diğeri tayin kılınıb sonra vilayetçe icra kılınan soruşturma sonucunda yaşının elli beş olduğu gerçeğinin anlaşılmasıyla komisyonca doğrulama kararıyla istihdamına karar verilmiştir. 14 Safer 1328'de mazuliyet maaşı tahsis kılınmıştır.
