Life and register readings
Born in Bursa in 1878 (AH 1295), Süleyman Salahaddin Bey came from the İslam community; the father's occupation was "Askeri şâhâne binbaşısı". At about 25, in 1903/04, Süleyman Salahaddin began work, on a first salary of 300 kuruş. The first annual entry, for 1903/04, names Süleyman Salahaddin as (Okunamadı)mevki kitâbet ve anbarcılığı, with no place. For 1906 to 1908 the lists have no entry.
