lik mektebinde ve Pangaltı'da bulunan Fransız mektebinde Türkçe, Rumca, Ermenice
ve Fransızca okumuştur. Tü rkçe ve Rumca konuşur. Ermenice ve Fransızca okury a-
zar. 16 Haziran 1891 tarihinde 25 yaşında iken 300 kuruş maaşla Meskûkât-ı Şahane
