Osman Saib Efendi

The life of Osman Saib Efendi began in Dagistan in 1864/65 (AH 1281). Work began in Istanbul in 1881/82, at about 17, on a first salary of 80 kuruş. The annual lists begin in 1881/82, with Osman Saib as Bab-ı Seraskeri Piyade Dairesi üçüncü şube jurnal kısmı memuru in Istanbul. Osman Saib then moved to Adana from 1884 to 1888.
