Mehmet Nazmi Efendi

Mehmet Nazmi Efendi was born in Pristina (Priştine) in 1870/71 (AH 1287); the father's occupation was "Kosova İstinaf Mahkemesi aza stajyeri". At about 17, in 1887/88, Mehmet Nazmi began work in Pristina.
