The life
Đsmail Hakkı Efendi was born in Istanbul (Dersaadet) in 1830/31 (AH 1246), within the İslam community. The father’s occupation was Dersiam. Schooling included Bayezid Camii (sarf, nahiv, mantık). The language repertoire included Turkish. [1]
Service began in Peyk karyesi in 1857/58 (AH 1274).
