155 4.1.19.Cenova Başşehbenderi Abdülkerim624 Abdülkerim Bey jandarma binbaşılarından müteveffa İbrahim Bey’in mahdumudur. Bin iki yüz doksan sene-i hicriyesinde sene-i maliye 1289 Yanya vilayeti mülhakatından Permedi kazasına tâbi Fraşer625 kasabasında dünyaya gelmiştir. Mukaddimit-ı ulumu Yanya’da okuduktan sonra Dersaadet’e gelerek numune-i terakki mektebinin idadî sınıflarına iki sene kadar devam ve suret-i hususiyyede Rumca ve Fransızca tahsil eylemiştir. Türkçe ve Rumca ve Fransızca tekellüm ve kitabet ve Arnavutça tekellüm eder. Bin üç yüz on altı senesi ramazanının on dokuzunda 19 Kanunievvel 314 mülazemetle hariciye nezaret-i celilesi umur-ı şehbenderi kalemine devama başlamıştır. Umur-ı şehbenderi müdüriyetinden yazılan mülahazada mûmâileyh in kaleme ait ifâdâtı tasdik kılınmıştır. Nüfus-ı tezkire-i Osmanîyyesinin ve salif’üz-zikr numune-i terakki mektebine devamını ve hüsn-ü ahlakı ashabından olduğunu tasdiki mektep müdüriyetinden verilen fi 7 Eylül 310 tarihli tasdiknamesinin musaddak-ı suretleri tercüme-i hal evrakıyla mahfûzdur. Mir-i mûmâileyh üç yüz on sekiz senesi şevvalinin on ikisinde 20 kanunievvel yedi yüz guruş maaşla Tırhala şehbenderhanesi kançılarlığına tayin olunmuştur. Umur-ı Şehbenderi kalemi halifesinden Abdülkerim Bey’in tercüme-i haline zeyldir Mir-i mûmâileyh üç yüz sekiz senesi şevvalinin on ikisinde (20 Kanunisani 316) yedi yüz guruş maaşla Tırhala şehbenderhanesi kançılarlığına tayin olunmuştur. Mir-i mûmâileyhin hemen azli icap etmiş olmasına mebni üç yüz on dokuz senesi cemaziyelevvelisinin yirmi ikisinde (23 Ağustos 317) mezkûr kançılarlıktan azledilmiştir. 4.1.20.Cenova Başşehbenderi Resul Hayri Efendi626 Resul Hayri Efendi mülteziminden Muharrem Efendi’nin oğludur. Bin iki yüz yetmiş iki senesinde Argiri kazabasında tevellüt etmiştir. Sıbyan ve rüşdiye mekteblerinde müretteb olan dersleri ve Dersaadet’te tasavvurata kadar Arap okumuş ve ba’de mekteb-i maarif-i mülkiye-i şahaneye girip orada ikinci sınıf imtihanını verdikten sonra yedinde iltizam işlerinde mutazarrır olunmasından dolayı mecburi terk etmiştir.
