Life and register readings
The life of Mustafa Sıtkı Efendi began in Ürgüp in 1864/65 (AH 1281); the father's occupation was "Ürgüp eski belediye reisi". Work began in Ürgüp in 1884/85, at about 20. The annual lists begin in 1884/85, with Mustafa Sıtkı as Belediye sandık emini in Ürgüp, the birthplace, where the entries run to 1899/1900. For 1887 to 1889 the lists have no entry. At the same time, from 1899/1900, the lists also place Mustafa Sıtkı in Nevşehir as Sandık emini.
