Sultanzâde denilmekle müteârifdir. Bin iki yüz seksen sekiz sene-i hicriyyesinde sene-i mâliye
1288 Halep vilâyeti dahilinde Elbistan kazasında tevellüt ettiği tezkire-i nüfus-u osmâniyyesi
sûret-i musaddakasında muharrerdir. Kazayı mezkûre sıbyân ve rüştiye mekteblerinde
okuduktan sonra mekteb-i hukuku şahâne de müretteb ulûm ve fûnun tahsîl ile a’lâ-yı sâni
derecelerden “16 Ağustos 1302” tarihli rüşdî ve aliyyülâlâ mertebeden alâ mertebeden Kânûn-
ı evvel 1320” ilm-i hukuku şahâdet-nâmeleri olduğu gibi Fatih Camiî şerifi dersiamlarından
Gümülcineli Ali Rıza Efendiden dahi ulûmu âliyye ve âliyye-iyi arabiyye-i tahsîl tekmîl ederek
“29 Cemâziye’l evvelinde 1317” tarihli ahz eylemiştir. Arabi ve Türkçe okuyup yazdığı ve
tekellüm ettiği gibi Farisi’ye de âşinâ olduğu terceme-i hâlinde mezkurdur. Bin üç yüz yirmi
olunan şahâdet-nâme ve icâzet-nâmeleri sûret-i musaddakası asl terceme-i hâl varakasıyla

- Polis merkezi memuriyetine nakil için 9 Şaban 1327 ve 13 Safer 1325 birlikte verilmiştir. İkisi de hicri ay içerir; ikinci tarih ilk atamadan da öncedir. Kanonik yıl belirlenemediğinden bu geçiş üzerinden yıllık hizmet ve maaş sürekliliği kurulmadı.
- Hukuk şahadetnamesinin derece ifadesi 'aliyyülâlâ mertebeden alâ mertebeden' biçiminde tekrarlı ve belirsizdir; tek bir dereceye düzeltilmedi.
