Mustafa Fahri Efendi

Mustafa Fahri Efendi was born in Çankırı in 1869/70 (AH 1286); the father's occupation was "Tiftikçi". Work began in Ankara in 1892/93, at about 23. The first annual entry, for 1892/93, places Mustafa Fahri in Ankara as Düyûn-ı Umûmiye Nezareti Muhasebe Kalemi mülazımı. Alongside, the lists for 1892 to 1895 give a second post, in Avanos as Düyûn-ı Umûmiye İdaresi kâtiplik ile müşterek sandık emini.
