The life

Mehmed Said Efendi was born in Meyadin Has, Harput in 1847/48 (AH 1264). Schooling included Sıbyan Mektebi. The language repertoire included Persian and Turkish.^[1]

Service began in Harput in 1859/60 (AH 1276).
